We provide creative services such as design, branding, digital content, and related consultancy. These services are offered on a project basis according to agreed proposals.
2. Engagement & Payment
- All services require a written agreement or proposal approval.
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement.
- Work begins only after receiving confirmation and agreed deposit/payment.
3. Intellectual Property
- All creative works remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete the project.
5. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party misuse of deliverables, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
